The majority of our volumes are sourced in Asia, with a range consisting of crustaceans (shrimp and freshwater prawns) and exotic fish from wild catch (mahi-mahi – snapper – parrotfish – marlin – swordfish – yellowfin tuna – Spanish mackerel) or aquaculture (tilapia – pangasius – catfish – red pacu), depending on our clients’ needs.
Our products are generally packaged in bags under the client’s brand upon request.
The selection of our suppliers is particularly rigorous, based exclusively on the quality of the products and the fishing areas.
Our purchasing department ensures sourcing from suppliers committed to complying with current European standards (customs and veterinary documentation, labeling).
